it's been fine months , today when clicked app (ms office outlook not windows outlook.com) displayed no emails until 10 second wait? hi, to assist concern, know more information: have done changes on computer recently? have tried re-opening outlook again , see if still happening? is there error message? if occurred once, maybe it's simple loading delay specially if have lots of emails on account. keep posted. i have outlook 2007.  it appeared working correctly until 1/21/2017.  after displays header information, no message appears in message pane.   this new system windows 10.  i installed outlook, , imported e-mails old system.  they appear fine.  for time able download messages on new system.  that appears have changed on 1/21/2017.  there no e-mails showing after 1/23 (today 1/30).   ran test in account settings screen.  it indicated provider sent e-mail.  it didn't arrive on desktop outlook, did arrive on ipad.  any appreciated. gave , installed mozilla thunderbird.  i installed version 31.8 last version has import wizard.  that allowed me import folders , address book outlook thunderbird.  after updated recent version of thunderbird.  it easy , effective.  my e-mail in business.  Office /...

greetings, using windows 10 + outlook 2016, installed updates far, by running non-cache mode, expect should whenever close outlook 10s, it prompt credential when open outlook again. noticed prompt again when closed 3 mins or more. i checked task manager , make sure outlook.exe process has ended during testing, on 2 computers. anybody has ideas on this? thank you. hello, my work uses exchange server in outlook i'm using 365 outlook. how set exchange account in outlook 365? hi, there no 365 outlook  - there 2007,2010,2013 , 2016. did mean connected 365 account via outlook? maybe can try setting account imap account in exchange highly not recommended may result in conflicts. i recommend choosing only 1 exchange account - 365 or local exchange.
