hi hip,

according description, when select font button under outlook > preferences, there isn’t window pops-up.

please try creating new email, click format change font, style, size, color , highlight settings. meanwhile, recommend temporarily remove plist file related outlook mac 2011 client , see if helps.

at same time, please let know if problem occur on other outlook mac 2011 version. did update outlook mac client or install application before problem occur?

regards,

barry
