client having issues outlook 2013 installed office 2013 home , business on windows 7 32-bit machine.
starting on 5/15 have been unable replay or forward email using outlook, works fine through twc/spectrum web interface. their phones still able reply , forward fine.
no error messages outlook thinks has sent message.
it standard pop email setup twc/spectrum using pop.biz.rr.com(port 110) , smtp.biz.rr.com(port 25)
tried:
looking , removing kb3172519, installed
removing updates beginning of may
repairing office
recreating outlook profile
recreating ost file
setting on different computer
i have not yet uninstalled office totally or doing system restore.
any thoughts , guidance appreciated

this issue can caused sync issue device , outlook email account, resolve issue, please answer following:
- have tried send test email yourself? able receive it?
- what happened when set outlook on computer? still getting same issue?
