Problem typing new email address in Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 - Microsoft Community

good morning all,

since upgraded windows 10 pro anniversary have annoying problem on microsoft office outlook 2013.

when go type new email address in box "to", outlook becomes slow , have restart it.

it becomes impossible type. saw problem comes out when type email address not known yet outlook; autofill addresses doesn't happens.

could please me?

hi,

to resolve issue, can launch outlook in safe mode following steps below:

1. press windows key + r open run box.

2. in run box, type outlook.exe /safe and hit ok.

try type new email address in box "to". if issue persists, can disable add-ins.

to disable add-ins, kindly follow above steps launch outlook in safe mode, click file -> options -> add-ins. select add-in type in manage box , click go. clear check box add-in want disable , click ok.
