Unable to view PDF attachments on iPhone via native email app - Microsoft Community


when scanning document , emailing pdf myself, unable view pdf through native iphone mail app.  the email shows "mime-attachment" when tap on it, opens windows shows pdf attachment.  but when tap on pdf attachment gray screen.  i have tried "opening in/copying to" many different apps including ibooks, adobe reader, google chrome, etc nothing works.  if use outlook app apple app store attachment works.   company work not allowing use of outlook mobile application big issue.  my company migrating lotus notes office 365 starting next month.  

any suggestions/fixes appreciated.

i have checked on side. when receive email pdf inserted attachment in iphone native mail app, pdf shows “tap download”. after tap it，the pdf download. can click open it.

for further analysis, i’d collect following information:

  1. can preview pdf?
  2. please provide screenshots symptom.
  3. your ios version.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
