I installed Office 2016 but outgoing messages are going to 2010 - Microsoft Community


i on web site created outlook e-mail message.  did not see 2010 being used instead of 2016.  have 6 messages in outgoing box in 2010.  when try send them, popup saying "is not implemented , cannot send them.  see folders 2010 in 2016 not outbox.

i hace confidence did not lose new installation , can uninstall 2010 after 1 fix.

how 2016 see outbox?

how might 2010 send 1 last time?

i guess rewrite messages in 2016.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
