Microsoft Office 2011 for MAC Outlook lost emails - Microsoft Community


due telstra outage appears have lost 9 months of email files in inbox.

my email account set imap account not pop. thought not lost because history of emails in service providers server hosting telstra webmail, no gone too. telstra advised not recover emails.

i have microsoft office 2011 mac outlook.

my time machine back-up can not me here because have been bad boy , not backed external hd on 12 months.

is there copy of emails in following file path?

- office 2011 identities file, main identity (file), data records (file)

if there need restore these outlook viewing?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
