OFT rendering issues in Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


hi,

when open oft(html inserted outlook , saved .oft),

we can see various rendering issues

- visible white lines on color background

- cut off images 1px random side

- cut off letters(g, j, y) bottom

none issue visible until template saved .oft , saved oft opened in outlook.

all mentioned issues appear randomly, different per outlook/win/device version,

usually when zoom used in outlook.

does know if there way how avoid these rendering issues in oft?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
