outlook 2016 not getting message through server, yahoo, have read email.

all emails have read in outlook show in yahoo server unread, been going on couple of weeks now,

i make them read in yahoo doesn't last long ?

  • does happen yahoo emails?
  • were able read new yahoo emails using outlook 2016 shows unread on yahoo server?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
