Outlook 2016 for Mac not saving contacts - Microsoft Community


have outlook 2016 mac running on os x el capitan. when 'save' contact card direct received email address,it not showing in address book. gives?

the way understand correct: double click sender's email address> select contact card> save it.

do mean don't have icon? can see , save contact before?

our outlook client latest version has been released , have tested function runs there, suggest update outlook client latest version 15.33(170409) see if issue can fixed.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
