outlook 2016 Mac not syncing gmail folders - Microsoft Community

i facing exact same sync issue gmail folders getting synched outlook. used google account (preview) method after upgrading version 15.36 (170613). earlier had configured same account via imap, decided recreate using new integration method available wanted calendar integration - works fine after upgrade. however, not mail folders getting synched - sub-folders.

looks has completed email sync. can of older emails. issue has been resolved me.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
