to identify if issue experiencing totally same described in thread, i’d confirm following before proceed.
- is email sent attachment? if so, let sender send test message no attachment, issue persist?
- does issue happen email sent specific user or office 365 users?
- how view encrypted email? we’ll appreciate if can share screenshots when trying view email , error have encountered. note: there 2 ways view encrypted message, sign in microsoft account, work or school account, or use one-time passcode. way choose view encrypted email?
- it if can involve office 365 administrator sender side here, , let him provider details steps of how configured office 365 encrypted email, we’ll tests performed see if can find clues issue.
- to check if firewall issue in organization, please forward original email home address or place test.
