Notification Setting for Microsoft Lync? - Microsoft Community


hi everyone!  my office uses lync keeping track of employees, have have program open day.  additionally, have respond ims our supervisors within specified amount of time.  due this, many of set lync have loud audible ding in order ensure don't miss messages.  this causes problem however, when have coworkers want im many times throughout day.  we can't block them, if trying focus on researching something, have constant dings day.  is there way have different notification settings different groups within lync?  thanks.

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
