good day everyone,
in our organization stored contacts folder inside exchange public folder. these information stored in these contacts include information address, phone number, email address , on. in order limit users can update these contacts, limit owner access 2 employees, 1 of these employees primary "keeper" of data , other employee backup primary employee. lets call primary employee "molly". problem suddenly, molly not have access update contacts stored in public folder. problem started when ran sara tool on molly's computer in effort repair outlook calendar syncing problem. fact problem started after sara run, may coincidence. our organization uses pure hosted exchange configuration. far have checked molly's permissions in office 365 portal > admin app > exchange admin center > public folders > manage folder permissions , shows molly has owner level access expected. however, when goes update of contacts, gets access denied error message.
computer windows 7 pro x64 running outlook 2016 (32 bit).
has ever seen particular problem? suggestions appreciated.

sorry saying removing public folder. don’t need changes in owa sync outlook client automatically. can perform steps above in owa , check results.
