Default Language for SmartArt in PowerPoint Template (POTX) - Microsoft Community


hi all

i've created powerpoint template (potx) in office 365.  it works, great , custom palette, fonts, etc. work perfectly.  i've changed language on slide layouts (in slide master) english uk every object on every page.  

however, when apply template (i.e. create presentation potx) , chose insert smartart graphic, language of smartart graphic goes english us.  how can force new smartart graphics in english uk not us?

from mentioned, having issues language. determine main cause of issue, need confirm information. please answer following:

  • is first time change language , use smartart graphic in powerpoint?
  • any changes took place in computer before issue occurred?
  • does happen of powerpoint files or specific one?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
