I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT COUNTERFEIT SOFTWARE REPLACEMENT - Microsoft Community


does know how can talk can answer 1 simple question? submitted counterfeit software report , ms requested send software , bunch of other info address in erir, pa. ok did , confirmed counterfeit , said they'd send replacement kit in 4-6 wks - jan 19, 2017. haven't rec'd replacement yet have called microsoft support 20 times in past 2 wks , every single call same....they verify personal info, ask more info, tell me need transfer "so , so" dept" being transferred, either disconnected, or next person asks me same exact questions , need escalate issue , call back....the call still hasn't happened. so, call in again , same thing happens on again after tell them disconnected.

can tell me how can in touch @ ms knows do??
