mailto links on a webpage are opening up a blank browser page - Microsoft Community


hi

i have few users reporting when ever click mailto web link opens blank page in default browser before opening new email. have checked self , setting correct. (outlook set open these links)

it happens chrome or ie11 on windows 7 office 2010 or 2013.

from have found issue common fix not. has been suggested not available testing.

this issue can caused incorrect default program setting.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
