Outlook 2013 pst file wont upload - Microsoft Community


i've changed email host 123reg godaddy , email address has been transferred. 

i logged outlook , have updated server settings. outlook synced , lost of old emails , sub folders. luckily had backed pst file. when import pst file, appears when syncs dissapears , reverts new emails without of subfolders.

anyone know how fix issue?

need identify what's causing unable upload pst files account. kindly provide following information:

  • does gives error message when upload pst files?
  • did install latest office updates on computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
