Outlook 2016 keeps crashing on both my Windows 10 desktop & Laptop - Microsoft Community


i'm running office 2016 (office 365 exchange) on windows 10 laptop , desktop. outlook keeps corrupting , crashing on both. can delete profile , start again corrupts , same. says microsoft looking solution , shuts down. have macbook running apple version of outlook 365 , never happens.

outlook 2016 client version using? latest updated? please provide detailed information (e.g. 2016 mso (16.0.8067.2115) 32-bit).

may know whether have tried repair office application program check issue? reference: repair office application

try using outlook in safe mode , disable add-ins check issue.

start outlook in safe mode. 
1. choose start > run.
2. type outlook /safe, , choose ok.

if outlook work in safe mode, problem 1 of add-ins. you'll need disable add-ins before restarting outlook.

however, can use office 365 support , recovery assistant (sara) tool can diagnose , fix outlook problems. please download tool , run support , recovery assistant on affected computer troubleshoot issue. see: fix outlook , office 365 issues support , recovery assistant

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
