Outlook email problem on two devices - Microsoft Community


have old destop running xp. hard drive crashed , got new 1 , put xp on no updates these lost. set outlook account , way able see 2 weeks of emails. bought new laptop windows 10 on , set outlook emails. emails appear on both computers when open desktop disappear lap top. how fix this?

to address issue email, may ask if can check whether have .pst file saved on outlook in laptop. , check whether connected on email server or local outlook .pst folder.

let know once have information.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
