Outlook for Mac v15.33 (170228) reply/forward icons and - Microsoft Community


hi, in last 2 days, since latest updates have been applied, whilst can start outlook mac , read emails, cannot reply/forward or create new emails, either ribbon, outlook menu or right clicking email select option. can delete, goto calendar etc, not new/reply/forward.

i've since deleted outlook app , tried reinstall, problem still remains.

any support/ideas welcomed!

recently, few community members have reported same issue after upgrading outlook mac. appear webex issue. if have installed webex plug-in, please refer workarounds below:

  1. disable or uninstall plug-in , relaunch outlook give try.
  2. go full screen mode.

 

if seeing behavior , not have webex plug-in, please let me know.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
