Outlook not responding - Microsoft Community


hi,

i using office 2007 on 1 of office pcs. (running on windows 7 pro 32)

recently tried open program freezes, causing me have force close it.

i have tried doing usual checks fix this. running scanpst has not solved problem , neither has checking anti-virus.

i have attempted open in safe mode still fails respond.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
