Outlook Organisation Login - Microsoft Community


have outlook running on macbook (10.12.3) functioning fine till changed password. taken organisation login everytime open outlook. have put in password, changed account infomation in tools>accounts. i've spoken organisations department. suggested reinstalling outlook did , still no joy

based on description, issue might related the corrupted keychain entries.

outlook stores password in keychain. launch /applications/utilities/keychain access , corresponding entry.

the easiest there delete (which allow outlook recreate clean new 1 next time).

you can run keychain first aid command within application try , correct other issue keychain might have.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
