Leaving hotmail messages on server... via Exchange on Outlook 2007 on - Microsoft Community


i trying set email (hotmail) on outlook 2007 on windows 10. have set on 1 pc... however, attempting same on pc - 2nd pc deletes messages server, not wanted (i.e. need ability check email on multiple devices). 

there no option / tick box "leave message on server". 

the way (it seems) can set hotmail in outlook 2007 via exchange account. works - send/receive etc... but... deletes messages server! help/advice appreciated please - i've checked many other posts no luck far. thanks

setup email account imap on outlook.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
