Outlook 2016 for Mac won't stay signed in - Microsoft Community

i have same issue desktop outlook 2016 mac.

hi btbam91,

 

i’ve known meet problem about: when reopen outlook mac client, ask password (at same time, email address saved in sign-in dialog box). if misunderstood, please let know happened on outlook mac client.

 

please try removing logins related adal keychain , check if helps. here steps:

1. make sure quit outlook , other office apps. go keychain access.

2. search "exchange" under login --> items , delete everything.

3. search "office" , delete everything.

4. search "adal" , delete everything.

5. launch outlook.

6. activation prompt , if account added see password prompt app , adal again. please 2-factor authentication if asked , should able login.

 

if problem isn’t solved, please provide following information us:

1. detailed version of outlook mac client , mac os.

2. there error message occur when problem happened? screenshots appreciated.

3. kind of account have configured in outlook mac client, exchange account or others?

4. if using exchange account, multi-factor authentication (mfa) enabled?

5. have deployed complex environment? hybrid, adfs or else?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
