Outlook 2016 Personal Folders Backup Tool - Microsoft Community


is current pfbackup file tool compatible outlook 2016?  on 1 hand download info shows it's compatible outlook 2002 , later versions doesn't seem able work (install) on 2016.  work arounds available or missing something?

as far know - pfbackup addin not compatible either '2013 or '2016.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
