Possible bug with conditional formatting using "Where I am" - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have rule apply conditional formatting email sent me enabling "where am: on line other people".

this works fine , formats emails on line accordingly. however, there specific case formatting applied when i not on line and a specific individual listed.

my best guess there may issue outlook handling sir names 2 characters (my sir name ko) since individual appears in line gets applied formatting kondapalli. think outlook wrongly flags individual me , applies formatting.

i unable test theory since not have other email named "ko..." in line.

hopefully can make sense out of issue. thank in advance.

regards,

james ko

note: have tested other conditional formatting removed.

hi james,

it’s expected behavior email server identify behavior when set forwarding emails shared mailbox.

thanks understanding.

best regards,

amanda
