if not, exact steps taking dialog - program using etc.

i have screen when click "add" takes me offline global address list contains 2 instances of email address , no 1 else.  global address book hasn't updates.  have office 365 home outlook 2016.

is outlook.com account?

in case, can't (currently) share calendar directly within outlook. can via outlook.com website.
