downloading document from Online version of Powerpoint - Microsoft Community


trying download or save copy of powerpoint presentation school group created on online version of powerpoint.  i not able find or click anywhere allowed me save copy of document on editing or viewing page.  is there option save copy of document outlook online version of powerpoint?

when view office document, you can download computer , modify application.

to resolve concern, follow these steps:

  1. open powerpoint presentation online.
  2. click 3 dots icon on upper right corner.
  3. click "download" , save computer.
  4. after saving it, may open powerpoint app installed computer can modify it. see picture below.
