I want Outlook 2016 to retain embedded images so I don't have to - Microsoft Community


i open message - download embedded images. move on message. when go first message, images gone - have wait them download again! real pain in neck - slow connection or limited quota.

how can fixed. once have downloaded images want work offline , see messages complete embedded images. messages unintelligible without images,

i suspect not normal outlook behaviour.

  • is first time experienced issue?
  • are experiencing issue of email messages?
  • do manually redownload images again?

meanwhile, can check link can repair office applications.
