Microsoft Planner comments issue - Microsoft Community

we have same issue in our environment. 

sometime comments disappear when close task , open again. time stamp still there, text gone. 

the comment appears few seconds after reopening task. seems there formatting happening , after this, text gone. 

let me know if need further information.

since different customers may have different environments , scenarios, please confirm following information move forward:

  1. capture screenshot symptom of issue.
  2. detailed steps on how reproduce issue.
  3. can post comments before?
  4. does issue affect specific plan or tasks across multiple plans in company?
  5. try create new plan check whether issue reoccur.
