we're using outlook 2010 exchange online / office 365. a number of our users have noticed whenever receive email customer who's requested read receipt, whenever preview or open email, there's long delay of tens of seconds before message box pops asking them whether or not want send read receipt. if change preferences read receipt automatically sent, there's still long delay causes outlook unusable while, before read receipt sent , can continue use outlook.
this problem first started couple of months ago.
anyone else experiencing issue? is there hotfix available?
i run both office repair , scanpst/ost repair
what security software being used?
