Outlook 2016 for Mac does not download attachments randomly - Microsoft Community

i've had exact same problems described don, ashish, luiz. have switched on error logging , reply error logs. in meantime, allow me tell local microsoft support here in apac region has not been able resolve problem. clear:

  1. i have macbook pro osx el capitan 10.11.6
  2. outlook mac 15.3 (170107)
  3. we have office 365 corporate email setup

here's see , have tried:

  1. owa works fine.
  2. wiped machine clean; reinstalled office; installed updates. during initial synchronization of mails, see several error messages on sync errors. if ignore it, these random situations when happens, did 2 days ago.
    • if delete errors, there no mechanism @ sync errors.
    • the sync errors have right ones issue recent issue. have set error logging on... no saying when issue happen again.
    • even current error email, there no mention of attachment did not download. if hadn't checked error message (triangle @ bottom right corner of outlook), have not known
  3. by way, while mails show grey icon when attachment not download properly, there several instances when there no grey attachment icons.

now... there method can re-sync entire mailbox? if can't that, can re-sync folder? or particular mail?

based on description, have created new profile account , see if issue persists? here steps it:

if issue persists, can please send complete log files analysis? please refer article enable logging in outlook mac , provide entire logs:

please not after have logging enabled, should reproduce issue (if issue cannot reproduced after log enabled, log not helpful find causes) , stop logging returning errors window , disabling logging option.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
