Outlook 2016 will only print the first page of my emails - Microsoft Community

i in australia , have upgraded outlook 2016. 

for reason outlook 2016 it print first page of my emails.

i have tried the print settings on both 'print all' and print 'page range 1-2' but neither works.

can me solve problem?

since able print when run outlook in safe mode, suggest repair office following steps on link.

query print emails logging in outlook.com, seems using print option in web browser. suggest use print option in outlook.com. kindly follow steps below:

1. login outlook.com.
2. open email want print.
3. click ellipsis (...) and select print.
