Outlook 356 contacts - Microsoft Community

hi all,

i have problem accessing contacts in outlook 356. changed outlook 2016 , using microsoft exchange server account. contacts shown in contacts tab in outlook. when open new email , click on or cc choose contact contacts, there comes following error message:

what can do? every appreciated.

just found solution. somehow did not have permission access them. after adding email account permissions, worked.

i not understand why see , use contacts on sub menu 'contacts' without permission not in sub menu 'emails'.

anyhow support guided me in right direction look.
