Outlook freezes up and ends up "Not responding" - Microsoft Community

when open outlook freezes 2 3 action steps using it. message "not responding" given uption restart program, close program or wait program. when restart tells me 

"cannot restart microsoft outlook. cannot open outlook window. set of folders cannot opened. file c:\users\toddc\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\*** email address removed privacy *** cannot opened"

then need restart computer. , open outlook , repeat same steps.

i have run 2 options repairing program under control panel. changed profile , helped 5 days, restarted again.

any idea causing freeze , how fix it?

if worked ok under new profile later balked add-ins using (whether disabled or not)
