we hired new staff member yesterday , set on our office 365 account, per usual. i gave access public folder use shared corporate calendar. she kept trying sync , not able so. so, started doing research.
when pulled calendar on outlook 2016 mac , highlighted corporate calendar, did show "sync pending folder." it never update. so, cleared cache , unsubscribed calendar. after that, resubscribed corporate calendar public folder. it says "all folders date," no items show on calendar. that's same thing hers doing.
i used external calendar application, busycal, , it's log file comes "internal server error."
when log office 365 account , view calendar on web, corporate calendar seems show fine.
when connect using outlook 2016 windows, seems display calendar items fine.
my particular build of outlook 2016 mac 15.36 (170524). the build on new employee's computer 15.27 (161010).
any solving appreciated because company lives calendar.
