Outlook Temporary Exchange Profile - Microsoft Community


hello,

we have been encountering issue outlook 2013 , outlook 2016.  keeps on prompting 

your mailbox has been temporarily moved on microsoft exchange server

use temporary mailbox or old data

we have recreated outlook profile several times keeps on coming back.  we have searched extensively in ms forum , internet possible solution.

additional info:

device : ms surface

os : windows 10

outlook : 2013 , outlook 2016

exchange : latest exchange version

any thoughts in on this?

hi,

there few factors can contribute issue facing. since have tried few troubleshooting steps , issues still persists. resolve concern, kindly answer questions below:

  • just confirm, outlook 2013 , outlook 2016 on different devices or 1 device?
  • what other troubleshooting steps have tried aside recreating outlook profile?

for reference, kindly check steps in article: "your mailbox has been temporarily moved microsoft exchange server” message when office 365 user opens outlook. completing steps allow further isolate root cause of concern.
