Incoming Emails turn into Draft Mode - Microsoft Community


hi microsoft team

i'm not sure team should raise user's perspective, hope correct forum i'm posting helps. issue emails received have been 'automatically' turned "draft mode" - extremely inconvenient - , neither can reply nor forward, unless use outlook mobile (https://aka.ms/qtex0l) make reply/forward.

i found user posted since may 2013 in microsoft's forum @ https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_outlook-mso_winother/emails-in-draft-mode-in-inbox/f2f39b0c-b5a7-4287-b94e-55bed603e74c , microsoft staff guided user post on http://community.office365.com/en-us/forums/default.aspx - link redirects me here.

hopefully issue acknowledged , have been working on release fix in near future.

better assist you, know type of email server you're using (pop, imap, exchange).
