Office 365 email display - Microsoft Community


office 365 email no longer displays business graphic insert @ top of email correspondence. shows blue box question mark. looks settings have blocked display, can't find turn off or change it. started happen recently. did not have problems (starting 2 years ago). have imac running safari 10.1.1

any guidance?

check if enabled html under options > format text when create new email on outlook mac client.


 

also, please check if issue occurs when use outlook web app. can determine if issue related outlook mac client or office 365 account.

 

meanwhile, please provide following information can know current situation more clearly:

1. using outlook web app or outlook mac 2016 client? if outlook mac client, version it?

2. sample of affected email. please drag email desktop , sent file analysis. i’ve sent private message collect it. here link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list.

3. can recipient see business graphic?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
