hi,


i had identical "problem".

the issue ms didn't yet figure out, shared mailboxes not indexed searchable user mailbox, can search within folders , other local mailboxes instaled in outlook 2016.

the search in shared mailboxes search folder position on, quite annoying , main reason why company didn't moved google gsuite office 365.

it unbelievable ms support doesn't seam know issue ask information settings , one, when problem in house!

please make global index search available shared mailboxes!!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
