Outlook 365 - Microsoft Community


outlook 365 randomly decides stop downloading email inbox. happens on pc, , @ other times on surface. running windows 10 on both. have tried repairing, checking settings, , nothing has changed. way have been able fix uninstalling office , re-installing it. imap account synchronizes. fine few months, suddenly, no more e-mails. can see them on online account, on other device, or on android phone. there way fix this, or have uninstall/re-install thing again.

to assist better issue regarding office 365, we'd know if email on android device using imap server.

in mean time, suggest try creating new outlook profile , reconfigure account imap server setting.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
