outlook doesn't start after windows 10 update - Microsoft Community


after windows 10 update outlook 2016 not open.tried safe mode when opens error message needs repair prompt 'would repair now.  clicked yes , nothing happens.  when try restart start process on again.

this might caused add-ins installed on outlook after update. if repair did not work, suggest checking answer of vardhaman shetti on this thread similar concern found helpful in resolving issue.

don't hesitate give update on how goes.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
