Outlook iOS installation will not complete - Microsoft Community


having issues latest update of outlook on ios , had uninstall , reinstall application.  now unable complete setup.  after selecting started going option allow notifications or not, unable past installation crashes no matter option chose.

the latest update of outlook app on ios comes important new features aimed @ closing of weak spots , improving integration ios.

for better assistance, please provide following information:

  • are getting error messages when installation crashes? if yes, can send screenshot?
  • are connected using wi-fi connection or mobile network when installing outlook app?
  • have tried rebooting device , reinstalling outlook app?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
