Sync Office 365 Outlook and Android Outlook 365? - Microsoft Community


i have outlook office 365 installed on pc laptop , android phone. have contacts on laptop outlook imported yahoo account , marked computer only. aren't 365 computers , smartphones supposed linked through cloud sync without apps? not computer savvy. no idea how rid of "this computer only" , set computer 365 , phone sync. please help.

365 subscription license office 2016

in order sync mail account used in ms outlook, or win10 mail app, device requires outlook.com or other exchange mail account.

a pop mail account wont sync.

an imap mail account sync mail only, , on pc folders (contacts/calendar) marked 'this pc only' - means if mail account reset/removed data lost

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
