please try following see if works:

 

1.if using office 365 account, can try using sara tool diagnose , fix issues article below: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/wiki/msoffice_outlook-mso_win10/microsoft-support-and-recovery-assistant-for/29323f9a-899b-4d08-b21d-ca697c7594c0

 

2.to identify if issue related add-ins, please start outlook in safe mode see if issue persists. (click start > run> type outlook.exe /safe> click ok.)

if works, try disabling add-ins see if works:
click file> options> add-ins> select “com add-ins” in manage drop-down> click go> uncheck add-ins not using> click ok.

3. have tried using the quick repair to repair outlook client? if doesn’t work, try doing online repair.

 

4. try performing clean boot in windows to check if works. this helps eliminate whether issue caused software conflicts.

 

if issue persists, i’d confirm following information narrow down issue:

  1. please use microsoft office configuration analyzer tool (offcat) to scan outlook client. after scanning, export scan results , send via private message.
  2. the detailed versions of os version , your outlook client (navigate file> office account> office updates).
  3. could provide more details symptom, screenshots?
  4. which account using, office 365, outlook.com or others , how configure account in outlook client, via exchange, pop/imap?
  5. does issue happen after upgrade outlook version?
