import .olm not showed a folder - Microsoft Community


hi
have new macbook , want export mail previous (office 2011) new 1 (office 2016)

export mails , import them , check had 45 gb in old 1 , 45 gb in new one.

did not have 1 specific folder. others mays appears normally.

can tell me maybe folder?

corrupted archive files or error during import process cause emails or folder missing. based on experience, imported email appear separate folder in on computer folder section. able find emails there?

 

if not, suggest import .olm file again , see if issue persists.

 

in addition, outlook mac 2016 supports directly importing outlook mac 2011 identity. check 3rd option in following article:

you can create new profile , try option , see if specific folder can imported. please not delete old profile avoid data loss.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
