Overdue tasks from other computer user showing up in my task list - Microsoft Community

hi 

i have started new job , using same mac former employee using. new outlook 2016 mac , have started using tasks list. however, overdue tasks former employee showing in red on list. when mark them completed (select tick box) don't disappear. how can remove these?

hi ben,

please try right clicking those mails>follow up>mark complete , see if mails are gone. if not, right click them>follow up>clear flag see if works.

if above won't work, please let me know information below:
1. tasks located in “on computer folder” or under account?
2. still have user’s account in outlook mac?
3. screenshots of task page.
