Effective Date in Cost rate table is not editable - Microsoft Community

hi,

i want assign different rates resource in ms project 2016: first starting rate valid till april , may aug (a different date) , third rate.

i'm using cost rate table can't enter date in effective date field.

is there way can this?

thanks in advance.

regards,

rajeev

rajeev,

first of all, installation of project updated. should winproj version 16.0.4510.1000. if not, run windows update. if using project online or subscription version of project automatically updated.

if attempting enter effective date on first line of cost rate table, not able since base rate. first entry must on second line. if attempting enter first effective date on second line happens? when clicking on effective date field cell date picker pop-up?

are in project server environment enterprise resources or local resource file?

john
