i in microsoft ****. 5hrs spent today trying forward email employees email account , filtering emails sub-folder.
now account says no longer exists, yet allows me log in it... emails being bounced trying contact us. 100s of them every hour.
can help? 4th attempt response on here.

description, know error message of above screenshot generated while forward/ others sent employee’s account. please clarify more details if misunderstood.
if so, according error message, issue can considered via following aspects:
1. typed incorrect email address of employee’s account.
2. the email address (smtp address or can call email alias) won’t exist employee’s account. (i mean, *** email address removed privacy *** email alias of account. email alias has been removed)
3. check if employee has valid exchange online license. may go to office 365 admin portal> users (active users)> double click employee’s account> product license> exchange online plan1/exchange online plan 2
4. check whether *** email address removed privacy *** email alias (smtp address) belongs employee via running powershell cmdlet get-recipient -identity *** email address removed privacy *** | fl note: *** email address removed privacy *** stands employee’s account , before running cmdlet needed connect exchange online powershell via admin credential.
after that, please provide screenshot powershell cmdlet output in private message protecting privacy.
